Project Bärkraft has developed a digital hospitality training course designed to help companies and individuals improve their hospitality skills through an interactive learning platform. The training has been created with the aim of strengthening you as an individual, the company you represent, and the destination as a whole. We want everyone who visits our destination to feel welcome and to want to return again and again.
The training is divided into six chapters. The length and intensity of the chapters vary. You can pause whenever you like and complete the training at your own pace. After completing a chapter, you can close the window and then continue to the next chapter here.
Note: Each chapter is conditional, meaning you can only access the next chapter once you have completed the current one. The system can detect whether you have completed each chapter.
To access the training, you need to create a user account as described below. If you wish, you can download a PDF showing the process of creating an account.
